I am pleased to introduce myself as Sushma Akarnia, the Founder of Microcode Library, an esteemed individual with a background as a Software Engineer, IT Consultant and an Instructor.

With a wealth of experience spanning back to 2005, I have dedicated myself to the development of web products, software, and CRM solutions for a diverse range of companies.

My expertise lies in various areas, including Architectural Planning, Database Designing, Data Flow & EER Diagrams, Scrum Methodologies, Agile Programming, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, Perl, and JavaScript.

Furthermore, I possess extensive knowledge in platforms and frameworks such as WordPress, CRM, CMS, along with expertise in database management systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. My skill set also extends to encompass jQuery, REST API, and various other technologies.

Throughout my career, I have worked across numerous industries and domains, including Ecommerce, Medical, Publishing, Traveling, Hospitality, and Retail. This diverse experience has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.

In the past three years, I have found great fulfillment in inspiring and guiding aspiring programmers. I have actively motivated and educated students, helping them realize their programming aspirations and facilitating positive life transformations. Teaching coding is not merely a profession for me; it is a passion. I firmly believe that even the most complex subjects can be explained in a simple and accessible manner.
